Customer Service Representative

Requirements:
• Must have 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service environment
• Must be able to communicate clearly over the phone and in person with co-workers. Good listening skills are also mandatory
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must have a strong orientation towards detail work and be comfortable working on a computer
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed
• Possess a strong work ethic and be able to operate as a team player

Job Duties:
• Professionally handle incoming requests from customers, via phone, fax, email or voice mail and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and resolved thoroughly
• Assist sales reps and buyers in regards to order processing and special order items that have a lead time
• Provide information about products and services
• Call customers for their orders for the next day
• Identify and correct open priced invoices from Open Price report
• Scan invoices and related delivery documents
• Tally and order processed fruit and vegetable items from related vendor
• Assist Dispatch department with processing of delivery related activity, as needed
