Customer Service Representative

2ND Shift: 1:30pm-10pm /2pm -10pm

Job Desription

• 1-2 years of Experience in Customer Service Preferred
• Minimal 40 WPM typing skills
• Self-sufficient, detail orientated along with great professional communication/listening skills
• Willing to work flexible schedules, Holidays and occasional overtime when needed
• Possess a strong work ethic, capable of multi-tasking along with being a team player

Job Duties:
• Professionally handle incoming order requests from customers; via phone, fax, email, voice-mail and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
• Maintain Inter office email daily.
• Assist Sales Reps, Purchasers along with customers in regard to their ordering needs and/or request of any nature.
• Follow up on daily assigned task presented to each individual Rep.
• Entry of product retrieval slips as well as credits if requested.
